Gain-chips (TO package)

Gain-chips are an irreplaceable component for tunable diode lasers or high stable external cavity lasers. Gain-modules come with the added bonus of one side being coupled into single mode fiber.

Semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOA)

Our high-quality semiconductor optical amplifiers (booster optical amplifiers) use a semiconductor to provide the gain medium.

Superluminescent diodes (SLD)

These diodes are made to generate amplified spontaneous emission over a wide range of wavelengths.

Distributed Feedback Lasers (DFB)

Distributed feedback (DFB) laser diodes with monolithically integrated grating (Bragg reflector).
